Laura has been dancing since she was a young child and has studied and performed nationally and internationally. Workshop 2: Palmas and Jaleo - Setting the vibe!Make some good noise! Palmas and jaleo are an essential part of flamenco.
Calls of encouragement (jaleo) and rhythmic hand clapping (Palmas) accompany the song, guitar and dance and help to inspire the performers. This lively and engaging workshop will help you feel more comfortable giving jaleo, find your voice and understand how to create the rhythmic base with palmas!
